Standard Ground Shipping
FedEx Standard ground shipping is our method of choice and always free to our US customers. Orders placed before 5 pm are processed the same day and you can expect to receive your products within 4-9 business days. Orders placed after 5pm are processed the next business day.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If you need us to ship to an address outside the Continental United States, please email us with the products at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll provide you with your shipping options and costs.
Please note that you will be responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery of your products. All orders must be paid in U.S. currency funds by credit card. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders by your bank.
Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and international orders, for which shipping costs will be added at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses. For more information, reach out to our support team via email or chat.

Your order will be dispatched in 24 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays) to the shipping address you provide at checkout. There are no weekend delivery options for any shipping method.
